TS Man

Imagine that you are the owner of a small computer repair shop. In this situation, you will need a specialized application for managing your repaired computers and the ones which are being repaired. That's because TS Man is a Windows program which allows you to keep track of all your repaired computers, create invoices, add customers in the same place and everything else that makes a business successful. After the application has been installed, the user first needs to log in to the program's database. An initial username and password will be generated, but one can create a new account with ease.

After logging in to the application, the user will notice that the interface is highly complex, but still efficient, as all the options are well placed. The first thing to do is to add data to the System Check-in tab of TS Man. This tab includes complete information regarding computers brought for repairs and also regarding customers. As such, the user can add information regarding damaged parts of a computer and can also add the accessories which are brought together with the computer, for making sure that all of them are returned to the customer after the repair is completed.

The Service & Repair tab of TS Man includes all the information regarding the repair process. As such, one can define the list of components that are repaired or replaced. He can also add notes regarding the repairing process, which might help him in the future, in case he will have a similar problem. The System Check-out tab includes complete details regarding the computer being given back to the customer.

The user can create invoices, can view payments and he can also generate a receipt, which should be given to the customer.
